• Continuous acquisition and management of major accounts across the sales territory, including end customers, branch networks, corporate headquarters and subsidiaries. • Establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships with a focus on promoting group products. • Conducting and evaluating fleet checks and providing technical support for customer fleets in close coordination with Continental. • Monitoring planning figures, contribution margins and sales developments to ensure achievement of targets. • Responsibility for compliance with credit limits and for receivables management within the assigned customer portfolio. • Ensuring cooperation with specialist departments, regional teams and central units through continuous information exchange.
• Completed commercial or technical vocational training or an equivalent qualification • Initial field sales experience • Detailed industry knowledge desirable • Customer- and service-oriented approach • Negotiation skills and a confident presence when dealing with customers • Entrepreneurial mindset, assertiveness and strong communication skills • Structured, organizational skills and pronounced team spirit • Basic IT skills and an affinity for a variety of software applications • Driver’s license (Class B) • Applications from severely disabled persons are welcome
