• Full ownership of the entire customer lifecycle: from handover by the sales team through structured onboarding to long-term customer retention • Conducting training sessions, activation initiatives, and regular strategy meetings • Ongoing support and active problem-solving for day-to-day challenges • Continuously developing customer relationships through tailored consulting and optimization of product usage • Independent responsibility for upselling and cross-selling within your customer portfolio • Building sustainable relationships with relevant stakeholders on the client side • Communicating customer feedback to internal teams for product improvement • Contributing to the optimization and scaling of our customer success processes
