• Conduct telephone follow-ups with leads previously contacted by email • Conduct telephone follow-ups with inbound leads • Conduct telephone follow-ups with existing contacts • Cold-call potential new customers • Schedule, prepare for, and follow up on appointments by email and telephone • Maintain and monitor the CRM system • Schedule appointments for the SEO and Google Ads agency • Support the agency’s growth and help strengthen the profitability of online shops and e-commerce businesses in the DACH region

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive sales experience, including cold calling, is required • Sales experience in a marketing agency is an advantage • Confident and willing to step outside your comfort zone • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets and increase commission earnings • Excellent communication skills, quick-witted, and articulate • Ambitious, eager to learn, and highly driven • Able to work independently and take full responsibility for your work • Reliable and responsive to inquiries • Perfect written and spoken German
