• Welcome clients, explaining the onboarding flow and guiding them through the entire process until activation; • Train clients on the platform in a clear, practical manner according to their purchased plan and needs, using learning techniques, identifying opportunities for improvement, and promoting increased adoption of our product; • Strategically represent the client's perspective by analyzing current processes and actively contributing to continuous improvement, incorporating efficiency and best practices; • Guide and instruct clients to complete their initial platform configurations for first access and value delivery; • Create educational and help materials to increase client engagement with the platform; • Implement practices that reduce friction and contribute to a customer-centric culture; • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Success processes; • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HRTech platforms (Convenia and others); • Practical knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.); • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably CustomerX and HubSpot); • Experience working in an HRTech is a plus; • Knowledge of payroll and HR is a plus.
