📋 Description

• Lead the complete end-to-end customer experience. • Coordinate and run the resolution of critical technical issues. • Demonstrate the ability to research, document, and prioritize customer issues. • Raise issues to Product Engineering as needed. • Provide peer mentorship to team members. • Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas. • Provide advanced technical support while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Responsible for designing and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. • Investigating complex technical issues reported by users. • Debugging production code to identify root causes of bugs. • Providing detailed technical explanations to users.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 18+months in Salesforce Development and Integration • REQUIRED SKILLS: Apex (JavaScript), HTML, SQL, strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking. • Familiarity with Certinia PSA is desirable.
