📋 Description

• Own cross-regional product management for assigned principals/suppliers operating across multiple countries • Manage supplier programs, portfolio lifecycle, pricing inputs, and inventory health to deliver growth and margin targets • Manage regional supplier portfolios; perform gap analysis and scout vendors to fill portfolio gaps • Maintain strategic supplier relationships and co-own joint business plans • Coordinate contract execution with Sales, Procurement, Technical, and Operations • Set margin targets and pricing recommendations; implement price updates and monitor margin quality • Manage inventory health to achieve turn targets and minimize slow/dead stock • Forecast forward demand for suppliers • Analyse trends and competition and translate insights into regional programs and campaigns • Organise supplier workshops and provide technical training and field support to sales • Liaise with marketing to create supplier content for training, blogs, exhibitions, and LinkedIn • Ensure consistent portfolio and pricing guardrails across countries • Maintain data and systems accuracy, including third-party portals

🎯 Requirements

• Stakeholder management across multiple countries • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills • Advanced Excel/PowerPoint • Comfortable with specialist systems and portals • Bachelor’s degree (Science or Business) • Extensive experience in chemical distribution/manufacturing • Product management, sales, and customer- or supplier-facing experience • Willingness/ability to travel 30–40% across assigned sub-regions/regions
