📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that support business operations and meet stakeholder needs • Connect to Snowflake and other cloud data sources, leveraging ETL pipeline outputs for optimized reporting • Design efficient data models optimized for performance, usability, and scalability • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable reports and visualizations • Create and optimize DAX calculations and Power Query (M) transformations for performance • Collaborate with data engineers and ETL developers to ensure accurate, high-quality, and accessible data sources • Support data governance, documentation, and reporting standards • Manage workload independently and prioritize deliverables effectively • Work within Agile environments using tools like Azure DevOps Boards

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer • Proven expertise in Power BI report generation, including DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI Service • Strong understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices • Proficient in SQL and experience working with cloud data sources such as Snowflake • Experience collaborating with ETL or data engineering teams (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Informatica) • Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into dashboards • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field • Ability to work effectively during U.S. business hours (West Coast hours for certain roles)
