📋 Description

• Shape the visual and interaction experience of products used by thousands of creators, entrepreneurs and businesses. • Turn the way people sell online into something powerful and frictionless. • Research the needs, pain points and behaviors of merchants and buyers through interviews, data, rapid experiments. • Define what excellence looks like in the user experience: Sharp interaction design for complex business flows. • Create a design system that scales with international growth. • Develop conversion-driving onboarding and checkout experiences. • Drive insight-driven optimizations across the product ecosystem. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Support to turn ideas into reality fast. • Own the merchant-facing experience of CopeCart, ensuring clients have everything to build, launch, and scale digital products without friction.

🎯 Requirements

• Ranked A product-obsessed designer (consumer product experience, ideally in SaaS/fintech/e-commerce marketplace) • A portfolio showing strong UI craft and strategic UX thinking • Ability to turn complexity into clarity (flows, prototypes, design systems) • Fluency in data-informed decision making (user research, analytics, testing) • Excellent communication skills — crisp, visual, concise.
