📋 Description
• Shape the visual and interaction experience of products used by thousands of creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses • Research user needs, pain points, and behaviors through interviews, data, and rapid experiments • Define excellence in user experience: interaction design for complex business flows, design systems, onboarding, and checkout experiences • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Support teams to implement ideas
🎯 Requirements
• A product-obsessed designer (consumer product experience, ideally in SaaS/fintech/e-commerce marketplace) • A portfolio showing strong UI craft and strategic UX thinking • Ability to turn complexity into clarity (flows, prototypes, design systems) • Fluency in data-informed decision making (user research, analytics, testing) • Excellent communication skills — crisp, visual, concise
