📋 Description

• Complete month-end close activities, reconciliations, and consolidated reporting. • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, cash forecasts, and management reports. • Maintain fixed asset and lease schedules and associated accounting, goodwill and amortization, and payroll accounting across entities. • Manage intercompany transactions, including eliminations, allocations, and transfer pricing entries across entities. • Oversee debt and interest accounting, as well as management fees and related-party transactions. • Assist with tax reconciliations, filings and reporting with external and internal stakeholders. • Support process improvements and automation within accounting systems. • Respond to ad hoc requests from leadership and provide reconciliation support to the Accounts Receivable team when required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in multi-entity or SaaS environments. • Hands-on experience with NetSuite. • Deep understanding of US GAAP, consolidations, ASC 606 and financial reporting.
