📋 Description

• Investigate, process, and resolve subrogation claims for personal injury cases. • Identify and assert liens on recoveries in compliance with federal and state laws. • Review medical bills, insurance claims, and other documentation for accuracy and completeness. • Negotiate lien reductions with medical providers, government agencies, and insurers. • Communicate effectively with third parties to ensure timely resolutions. • Ensure compliance with Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) guidelines and other applicable laws. • Maintain accurate and organized records of correspondence, settlements, and payments. • Prepare detailed case reports for management and legal teams. • Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to identify subrogation opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in subrogation, lien resolution, or medical billing in personal injury or a related field. • Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, VA, and private insurance regulations is required. • Strong analytical and negotiation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Proficiency in legal and medical billing software and tools. • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
