📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of learners through structured one-to-one coaching and group workshops • Build trusted relationships and adapt coaching to learners’ confidence and digital maturity • Create an inclusive, psychologically safe learning environment • Coach learners on Microsoft 365 tools to improve everyday productivity • Guide learners in using Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools, including prompt-based approaches • Support safe, ethical, and responsible AI use, including data privacy, bias, and security awareness • Help learners apply AI-enabled workflows to real workplace tasks • Support foundational digital support skills, application issue diagnosis, user support, and troubleshooting • Explain organisational digital processes, escalation routes, and best practice • Guide learners through programme milestones, assessments, and portfolio evidence • Engage with learners’ line managers to support progress • Maintain quality, safeguarding, data-handling, learner wellbeing, and success standards • Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Curriculum colleagues • Stay informed about emerging digital and AI trends and contribute to continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Expert working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot and/or other AI tools to support productivity and workflow improvement • Understanding of AI fundamentals, including how large language models work and how they can be applied responsibly in the workplace • Confidence in prompt-based interaction with AI tools and ability to explain effective prompting strategies • Awareness of AI risks and limitations, including data privacy, bias, security, and responsible use • Experience diagnosing and resolving common application issues, with an understanding of digital support and helpdesk practices • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical learners • Experience with Power Automate or other low-code/no-code automation tools (desirable) • Familiarity with Copilot Studio or Power Apps (desirable) • Experience delivering training, coaching, or user support in a professional environment (desirable) • Teaching, training, or IT support qualifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer or ITIL (desirable) • Successful candidate must complete pre-employment checks, including DBS Disclosure
