📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of learners with high-quality coaching, mentoring, and teaching • Deliver engaging one-to-one sessions and workshops to make data concepts accessible and practical • Support learners in developing core data skills, data analysis, and using data tools • Guide learners through programme milestones, ensuring progress and compliance • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learner experiences and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience working with data in a professional context • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and analysis techniques • Knowledge of Power Query for data cleansing, importing data, and automation of repetitive tasks • Experience using Power BI or similar tools to analyse data and create visualisations • Confidence using Microsoft tools such as Teams, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience coaching, mentoring, teaching, or facilitating learning in a professional environment • Strong communication skills for explaining data concepts to diverse learners
