• Owns complex LOS architecture • Architect and lead delivery for large-scale LOS initiatives • Define and enforce engineering standards • Own high-impact integrations • Lead technical discovery with business, compliance, and operations • Establish and improve DevOps and SRE practices • Ensure compliance considerations are embedded • Mentor Developers I/II
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience • Significant systems integration ownership • Expert-level SQL • Strong proficiency in at least one primary language/stack • Deep expertise in a major LOS platform • Familiarity with mortgage-specific data standards
