• Lead and develop our Production Unit to establish a world-class manufacturing site • Ensure alignment with corporate strategies and operational plans • Drive production performance and achieve financial targets • Foster a culture of competence, motivation, and continuous improvement • Ensure full compliance with local laws, industry standards, relevant ISO certifications, and EHS requirements • Continuously improve organizational capabilities and identify synergies across key areas such as production efficiency, digitalization, and sustainability
