📋 Description

• Develop and execute a creative social media strategy to grow our audience, increase engagement, and drive lead conversion. • Develop, execute, and optimize the social media strategy across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. • Experiment with emerging platforms and formats to expand reach and engagement. • Create compelling content, including copy, short-form video, and graphics, tailored to each platform and audience. • Manage social media calendars and campaigns across multiple platforms, both organic and paid. • Monitor trends, perform social listening, and use analytics to optimize content and campaign performance. • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to adjust strategies and improve results. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and program teams to support brand initiatives. • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely, human-centered manner. • Identify and partner with influencers or partners as needed to expand reach and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional social media management experience. • Strong understanding of all major social platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X). • Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns and performance optimization. • Ability to create content tailored to platform-specific best practices. • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics). • Familiarity with social listening and content optimization best practices. • Impeccable writing, communication, and storytelling skills. • Knowledge of lead generation tactics and social-driven conversion strategies. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once. • Data-driven and results-oriented, and passionate about self-improvement. • Comfortable and excited to work in a dynamic startup environment. • Self-starter, capable of independent time management and prioritization. • Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) (Preferred). • Experience with influencer marketing or community-building initiatives (Preferred). • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (Preferred).
