📋 Description

• Support ~25-30 Learners in virtual training programs • Provide synchronous and asynchronous support in German • Engage in mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding • Monitor Slack channels for Learner questions • Facilitate breakout rooms during lectures • Assist during technical difficulties • Grade Learner submissions and provide feedback • Organize Individual Office Hours via Zoom

🎯 Requirements

• Professional fluency in both German and English • Solid foundational understanding of machine learning principles • At least 1–2 years of professional working experience in data annotation • Active AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification • Strong writing skills for structured rationales in AI data labeling tasks • Experience providing academic or technical support in a virtual setting • Experience working with remote teams using digital communication tools • Ability to use spreadsheet tools to track progress and identify errors
