📋 Description
• Monitor and analyse online content from platforms for infringements • Carry out online enforcement for the protection of clients’ intellectual property rights • Conduct status checking for enforced online content • Handle pushbacks from platforms, Internet intermediaries, and other third parties • Maintain accurate enforcement records and data • Collect, collate, research, and analyse data to identify infringement trends • Provide clients with insights into the infringement landscape • Attend and participate in client meetings • Contribute to the enrichment of the collective knowledge pool of the team
🎯 Requirements
• Strong interest in online brand protection and/or intellectual property • Fluent Japanese language skills • Strong verbal and written English • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong data analytical skills • Strong organisational and time management skills • Tech savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet tools
