📋 Description
• Monitor and analyse online content for infringements • Carry out online enforcement for IP rights • Conduct status checking and escalate requests • Handle pushbacks from platforms • Maintain accurate enforcement records and data • Collect and analyse data to identify infringement trends • Provide clients with insights and recommendations • Support Client Coordinators with client enquiries • Contribute to team knowledge and educational opportunities • Develop work procedures for efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• Strong interest in online brand protection and/or intellectual property • Fluent Ukrainian language skills and strong verbal and written English • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong data analytical skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Hardworking and self-motivated individual • Energetic and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-growing environment • Tech savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Client-facing experience is desirable
