📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute system conversion activities with precision, ensuring data integrity and alignment with project timelines. • Analyze and map data between source systems and target platforms, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues proactively. • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance testing throughout all conversion phases (pre-conversion, conversion, post-conversion). • Troubleshoot and resolve conversion-related issues; escalate complex problems when appropriate. • Document conversion processes, mappings, reconciliation results, and testing outcomes for compliance and future reference. • Provide post-conversion support to internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth operational transition. • Collaborate with partners to define conversion requirements, establish milestones, monitor progress, and validate results. • Manage configurations within the Fiserv Optis Platform, Decision Quest (DQ) logic, and Rewards structures. • Maintain a deep understanding of system functionality, data structures, and integration points across the Fiserv ecosystem. • Manage inserts and messaging by building and testing requirements through Fiserv PCF, PCS, and DQ. • Own the setup, testing, and ongoing maintenance of settings within PCF. • Own the setup and ongoing maintenance of decision logic criteria within DQ. • Manage the setup and testing of Rewards structures using Fiserv DMM tables and Rule logic. • Identify opportunities to streamline conversion processes, optimize workflows, enhance automation, and improve integration efficiency. • Ensure all work adheres to company policies, regulatory standards, and financial industry best practices. • Lead Fiserv-related projects by coordinating testing, validation, and implementation with internal stakeholders. • Support configuration updates, integration enhancements, and cross-functional operational initiatives. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in system conversions, data analysis, or financial system integration. • 2+ years of hands-on Fiserv platform experience (credit card or small business segment preferred). • Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve moderate system issues. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Ability to work in the CorServ's footprint (AL, FL, GA, IA, KY, NE, NC, TN, TX, WI, WY)
