đź“‹ Description

• Onboard and train new pre-litigation staff, including case managers, negotiators, intake specialists, and legal assistants • Develop, maintain, and improve training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow documentation • Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing skill development • Ensure staff follow firm processes, deadlines, and client communication standards • Train employees on case management systems and best practices • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and improve operational efficiency • Lead refresher training sessions and continuing education for existing team members • Monitor quality control in case handling, documentation, medical treatment tracking, and settlement preparation • Serve as a resource for team members by answering questions and reinforcing best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in U.S. personal injury pre-litigation • Prior experience training, mentoring, or supervising legal staff is strongly preferred • Thorough understanding of the pre-litigation process, from intake through settlement • Strong knowledge of case management, medical records, treatment coordination, demands, negotiations, and client communication • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives • Comfortable using case management software and remote collaboration tools • Passion for developing and supporting high-performing teams
