📋 Description

• Implement the SHE assurance review process, including conducting monthly reviews and addressing root causes of findings • Assist with the SHE Assurance Review programme, including planning and effective closeout of findings • Assist with monitoring, analysis, and reporting of Contract SHE performance with the SHE Contract Performance and Improvement Lead • Share findings and good practice across contracts and sectors • Work with relevant sector SHE directors to coordinate and complete inspections • Conduct advisory visits as required to support contracts • Provide specialist coaching and implement behavioural principles within the SHE Team, Costain Group, and strategic clients • Develop and manage the Group SHE Management System and associated specialist areas, including performance evaluation, assurance, and health • Provide insights and feedback to shape targeted solutions that maintain and improve SHE performance and standards

🎯 Requirements

• NEBOSH Construction certificate • ISEP certificate or equivalent • 5 years related SHE experience • Line Management experience • Tech/Cert IOSH or associate/Grad ISEP or equivalent • Driving required • Security clearance required • Knowledge of inspection and auditing processes desirable • NEBOSH diploma or equivalent desirable • Auditing qualifications (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) desirable • Over 5 years relevant SHE experience in construction/engineering desirable • CMIOSH/MISEP or equivalent desirable
