📋 Description

• Act as an escalation point for Total Reward queries that cannot be resolved within the People Services Team • Support the annual salary review process, including system configuration, data validation and reporting • Administer the Senior Management Bonus Scheme, including issuing bonus invitation letters, maintaining bonus participation records and monthly reporting to Finance • Conduct job evaluation using Willis Towers Watson methodology and maintain the job architecture • Complete salary survey submissions and provide benchmarking data using Willis Towers Watson and other surveys • Support legislative disclosures such as gender pay gap and equal pay reporting • Participate in Total Reward sessions for employees to increase engagement • Participate in Total Reward projects supporting continuous improvement of the people agenda

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a HR or Reward role • Strong knowledge and confidence in the use of Microsoft Excel • Excellent analytical skills, high data accuracy and attention to detail • Critical thinker with a keen focus on continuous improvement and ability to solve problems • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with people at all levels with confidence and quickly build networks • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; ability to work flexibly within tight deadlines • Experience of using HR Systems
