📋 Description

• Automate marketing and lifecycle operations using triggers, segments, workflows and personalization in ActiveCampaign and Salesforce • Automate paid marketing through audience syncs, CRM and product-data suppression, conversion-data feedback, campaign feeds and adaptive landing pages • Connect and clean product events, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, enrichment, transaction history and BigQuery data • Automate creative production for ad, email and landing-page variants within brand templates, with human review • Build reusable automation capabilities across paid marketing, lifecycle, sales and content • Replace manual work and unused data processes with automation and LLM-based tools, including an SEO and AI-search content engine • Create reusable experimentation setups, holdouts and measurement frameworks • Launch automations with human checks, control or holdout testing, rollout plans and rollback procedures • Collaborate with the Senior Lifecycle & Customer Growth Manager, Demand Generation Manager and Marketing Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building marketing or growth automation running in production • Experience with paid media integrations, CRM and lifecycle workflows, and data pipelines • Experience ideally in B2B SaaS or a two-sided business • Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks and automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or Clay • Python or TypeScript and SQL are a strong plus • Knowledge of ad platform and CRM data, including audiences, conversion tracking and attribution limitations • Experience shipping LLM-based or agentic automation into a real workflow • Outcome-oriented approach and ability to measure built solutions • Careful approach to production launches, including manual checks, control testing and rollback planning • Ability to work well with marketers and explain trade-offs plainly • Fluent English; German is a plus
