📋 Description

• Act as a technical leader, shaping the future of our platform. • Mentor the engineers around you. • Tackle ambiguous and challenging technical problems, ensuring systems are scalable and reliable. • Drive the technical vision and architecture for our core product, working closely with our ML team. • Lead the design and execution of large-scale technical projects. • Elevate the team's skills through code reviews, architectural guidance, and establishing best practices. • Partner with product and engineering leadership to identify and de-risk technical challenges in the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in software engineering, with a proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, scalable web applications. • Deep, system-level expertise in our core technologies (TypeScript, Node.js, React) and the ability to reason about the entire stack, from the database to the browser. • A history of leading complex technical projects and making critical architectural decisions. • A passion for mentoring and technical leadership. • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
