📋 Description

• Drive brand awareness, advocacy and Earned Media Value across the UK market • Support development and execution of integrated PR and influencer strategies for Max Factor and Sally Hansen • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, talent managers, influencer agencies and media contacts • Execute earned and paid influencer campaigns, including influencer selection, briefing, outreach, negotiations and contracting • Identify and secure product placement and editorial opportunities • Support VIP gifting, product send-outs and large-scale seeding programmes • Contribute to local PR and Influencer Marketing strategies • Partner with external influencer marketing, PR and event agencies on campaigns and activations • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches and commercial moments • Coordinate campaign logistics and monitor content, performance and activation results • Manage influencer and media databases • Use measurement and tracking platforms to monitor EMV, brand visibility and competitive performance • Analyse campaign results and provide reporting and actionable insights • Monitor competitor activations and industry best practices • Support purchase orders, contracts, agency coordination and influencer management • Respond to media, influencer and talent management enquiries • Collaborate with the PR & Influencer Marketing Manager and wider Consumer Beauty team • Provide guidance and mentoring support to junior team members when required

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5 to 3 years of experience within Influencer Marketing, PR or Communications • Previous beauty industry experience preferred, ideally within makeup, cosmetics, nails or colour cosmetics • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media trends and the UK beauty landscape • Experience supporting paid influencer partnerships, negotiations and campaign management • Ability to confidently manage relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies and media contacts • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Data-driven mindset with experience using influencer tracking, reporting or measurement tools • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Proactive, energetic and solutions-oriented attitude • Comfortable taking ownership, working autonomously and adapting to changing priorities • Passion for beauty, culture and emerging consumer trends
