📋 Description

• Support TMG’s leadership team with day-to-day execution, follow-through, and communication on strategic priorities • Develop, edit, and manage executive presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, reports, and internal communications • Translate complex operational and financial information into concise executive-ready summaries and insights • Track projects, actions, deadlines, commitments, dependencies, risks, and open issues; proactively flag delays and escalation items • Provide project-management support for strategic firm projects, including milestone tracking, status reporting, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes • Triage priorities and manage competing demands in partnership with Administrative Business Partners • Lead change-management efforts, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and adoption tracking • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for leadership decision support • Own agenda development, pre-read preparation, PowerPoint content, and meeting support for leadership meetings, annual offsites, and Town Halls • Capture and distribute structured meeting notes with ownership and next steps • Standardize operating rhythms, templates, and reporting formats across the firm • Coordinate leadership requests, information needs, and updates across TMG and Council Advisors • Build and maintain working relationships with leaders and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 6–8 years of experience as a VP, Strategic Initiatives, strategy consultant, or executive projects manager in a high-performance professional services setting • Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous, fast-paced environment • Demonstrated success collaborating directly with senior executives and driving cross-functional initiatives • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-level presentation development and data analysis • Expertise producing status reports, program updates, and executive dashboards • Exceptional judgment and sound decision-making ability • Comfort operating amid ambiguity, incomplete information, and evolving priorities • Confidentiality, integrity, and resilience when handling sensitive information • Proven project management, tracking, prioritization, and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling in PowerPoint • Ability to translate complex or ambiguous information into clear, concise, actionable guidance • Ability to write and edit executive-level communications • Strong understanding of business operations, performance metrics, and financial concepts • Strong EQ, executive presence, and stakeholder credibility • Ability to influence without authority and build trust-based relationships across the organization
