⢠Law degree ⢠1-2 years of experience working in a firm or corporate legal department ⢠Strong legal research and writing skills. ⢠Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly. ⢠Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ⢠A strong interest in corporate law and business operations.
