📋 Description

• Build lasting customer relationships and understand each organization’s mission, programs, and goals. • Proactively help customers use CourseStorm to strengthen their education programs and serve their communities. • Manage renewals, including budget and pricing conversations, and meet renewal targets. • Identify opportunities for customers to benefit from additional features or services. • Monitor account health and revenue trends, address risks early, and involve teammates when needed. • Develop customer advocates for referrals, references, and case studies. • Keep CRM records accurate, with clear next steps and timely follow-through. • Share customer feedback to guide product and service improvements. • Use AI and connected tools to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and sound judgment. • Manage priorities, flag blockers early, and help improve team processes.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university. • 1+ years in a dedicated SaaS customer success or account management role, preferably in EdTech. • Experience with and enthusiasm for AI-first workflows. • Proven success building customer relationships and meeting renewal targets. • Understanding of SaaS metrics including retention, expansion, churn, and net revenue retention. • Experience managing customer records and tasks in a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.). • Clear communication with strong active listening skills. • Ability to learn software quickly and connect its capabilities to customer needs. • Strong organization, independent problem-solving, and dependable follow-through. • Empathy, curiosity, accountability, and openness to feedback and growth. • An interest in the Arts and the role Arts organizations play in their communities. • Helpful, but not required: Experience working in an Arts organization, especially with education or community programs. • Helpful, but not required: A customer success certification.
