📋 Description
• Enhance customer experience through onboarding, training, and feedback-driven product development • Utilize QBRs and satisfaction surveys for renewals and expansion opportunities • Manage technical integration processes and optimize workflows • Facilitate communication with external stakeholders for timely project launches • Identify and recruit projects and power users for real-time streaming data • Design and execute go-to-market strategies • Engage in crypto-native spaces for updates and feedback • Develop sales-driven partnership announcements and customer-focused content • Generate leads and conduct qualification calls • Maintain the CRM with updated information
