📋 Description
• Lead complex analytical projects from problem definition through recommendation • Develop insights and recommendations that directly inform fundraising strategy and decision-making • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Support fundraising and CRM users in understanding and effectively using reports and data outputs
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in analytics roles within nonprofit or marketing environments • Strong ability to independently structure and lead complex analytical work • Proficiency in SQL and/or similar tools for data extraction and manipulation • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field • Experience in nonprofit fundraising
