📋 Description

• Own and expand Covera Health products, including Protect AI and Protect Seniors, along with new products • Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, AI, Clinical, Operations, and customers to understand clinical and business needs • Own product vision and roadmap • Design and deliver platform capabilities and API specifications with Engineering and AI teams • Write detailed product requirements and ensure stakeholder requirements are traceable across releases • Review specifications and technical design documents and provide feedback throughout the product lifecycle • Identify product gaps and inform overarching product strategy • Define success metrics and customer reporting, including presentations and spreadsheets • Use AI tools, including AI-assisted prototyping, for discovery, analysis, and delivery • Champion planning, documentation, development, testing, and delivery best practices • Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including product management, engineering, or other roles that built relevant skills • Strong technical background with comfort working on platforms, API specifications, and data rather than user interface design • Experience in healthcare, ideally healthcare SaaS or health technology • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and JSON • Ability to analyze data to answer product and business questions • Hands-on experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and comfort working with AI-forward products • Ability to work with internal teams and customers, including customers who experience the product through metrics and reports • Experience writing detailed product requirements and reviewing technical design documents • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work • Passion for improving healthcare quality • Every team member is expected to actively use AI in their day-to-day role • Experience with Databricks preferred • Clinical or healthcare training or exposure, such as nursing, medical school, or a biomedical background, preferred • Exposure to radiology helpful but not required • Experience at a large technology company preferred
