• Your role will play a major role in our success because you will help expanding Coverflex’s acceptance network among small merchants in Italy. • You’ll identify, contact, and onboard new partners, driving merchant acquisition and ensuring that users enjoy a seamless, frictionless experience when using Coverflex. • You’ll know you’re successful when, after 90 days, you’ve signed new merchants consistently. • You've established an effective outreach rhythm and CRM discipline and you've contributed to stronger local presence and merchant satisfaction. • Main KPI 1: number of new merchants signed • Main KPI 2: number of merchants contacted/engaged • Main KPI 3: number of small chains engaged and signed.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally welfare, payments, or digital services) • Proven outbound sales and remote closing skills (phone, email, WhatsApp) • Strong negotiation and cold-calling experience, especially with SMBs • Organization, autonomy, and discipline in managing your pipeline • Motivation to optimize scripts and improve conversion rate • Excellent communication in Italian and English • Curious, proactive, and data-driven mindset. • Experience in the benefits, fintech, or welfare market (Nice-to-have) • Familiarity with SMB or retail acquisition (Nice-to-have) • Experience in remote selling and multi-channel communication (Nice-to-have) • HubSpot CRM mastery (Nice-to-have)
