🎯 Requirements
• Well experienced in product design, namely with shipping user-facing features or products • You are able to conduct exploratory user research, setup and conduct usability testing sessions • You are obsessed with user problems and in understating root causes • You are comfortable with design processes and methodologies • You proactively share information, actively request and provide feedback • You have full professional proficiency in English. • Experience in the benefits, fintech, or welfare market is nice-to-have • Familiarity with SaaS is nice-to-have • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS and/or Marketplaces and mobile-first design experience is nice-to-have.
