📋 Description

• Design, develop and support the data structure designs, validations, workflows, and integrations in our customer data management, product information management, and related systems • Collaborate with product owners, data stewards, data domain owners, and other data engineers and architects to maintain system SLAs and stability, addressing unplanned work while executing against planned project work and enhancements to meet internal and external customer requirements • Build, document, and maintain an understanding of master data dependencies across our global data systems, enterprise, and regional business systems dependent on them • Convert requirements into elegant, cleanly designed, and easily maintained solutions in a cloud-based environment • Mentor and guide junior developers in MDM development practices, emphasizing quality assurance, release processes, coding best practices, and documentation standards • Achieve and maintain data compliance to legal and regulatory standards such as the USA’s Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) • Drive innovation, automation, and best practices in master data management, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement • Perform other duties as needed or required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer programming, computer engineering or related field preferred, or comparable job-related experience and training • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience working in Information Technology leading or being a part of engineering teams • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM solutions, in both Product and Customer domains • Proven track record in leading solution design and development in large-scale, enterprise environments • Stibo STEP certifications in the following areas required: MDM Solution Design, MDM Solution Fundamentals, Workflows and Web UIs, Data Modeling, Data Management • Stibo STEP certifications in the following areas are preferred: MDM Solution Architecture
