📋 Description

• Lead short- and long-range financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost management. • Strengthen management reporting, dashboard creation, and performance analytics. • Drive services gross margin discipline and resourcing efficiency. • Oversee core finance processes to ensure accuracy and accountability. • Partner with the CEO and private equity sponsor to guide 2026 planning and capital allocation. • Provide steady, experienced leadership through a period of organizational transition.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven CFO in $200–500M revenue environments. • Deep understanding of hybrid services + B2B SaaS business models. • Prior experience in private equity–backed companies. • Expertise in forecasting, global operations, and resource allocation. • Strong proficiency in NetSuite (preferred). • Based in or able to operate within the Central Time Zone (preferred). • History of success in transitional or turnaround leadership roles (preferred).
