📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable features for the Cozey Operating System (COS), including internal platforms to replace third-party tools and AI agents to automate warehouse workflows, increasing efficiency, control, and long-term impact. • Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and design teams to deeply understand friction points and quickly deliver high-impact solutions. • Own end-to-end projects — from technical design and architectural decisions to hands-on implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement. • Make architectural decisions that balance short-term priorities with a long-term growth vision. • Mentor and support the team’s engineers, raise the technical bar, and promote pragmatic engineering practices that enable fast, high-quality development. • Work closely with operations and product teams to identify issues and rapidly deliver impactful solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and scaling web applications, with a focus on intuitive user experience and long-term maintainability. • Systems-level thinking and the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs to make informed decisions. • Strong experience with strongly typed, object-oriented, or TypeScript-like languages. • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. • A strong testing culture — you prioritize unit and end-to-end tests. • High standards for code quality, code reviews, and documentation. • A pragmatic mindset — able to balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability while managing technical debt thoughtfully.
