• 8+ years of B2B sales experience in technology consulting or enterprise SaaS, preferably with ServiceNow, AI solutions, or related ITSM/ITOM platforms. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative, outcome-driven sales environment. • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, products, and competitive landscape. • Familiarity with AI applications in enterprise environments — including natural language processing, predictive analytics, generative AI, and workflow automation. • Experience working with or within ServiceNow partner networks and co-sell motions. • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to connect business value to both technical and AI capabilities. • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage across both technical and business stakeholders. • Prior experience at a ServiceNow Elite or Premier partner. • Technical understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps. • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management.
