• Gather detailed requirements and create system specifications. • Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical system specifications. • Map/document dependencies and influences of new system requirements. • Responsible for creating and maintaining structured, system-specific documentation. • Work with project managers and development teams to ensure implemented functionality meets architecture and design guidelines. • Responsible for producing release notes and roadmaps. • Cultivate strong relationships with program stakeholders and maintain transparent communication. • Support the entire development lifecycle and review QA team test cases to ensure adequate testing. • Provide specialized technical knowledge for change management processes and systems. • Identify new trends in Contact Center and discuss them with business areas. • Define the final vision for proofs of concept and the solution’s technical architecture, e.g., high-level view of capabilities and requirements for the underlying database, presentation layer, technologies, etc. • Develop application designs/blueprints and create Business Architecture deliverables consistent with SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) principles. • Identify relevant logical modules and services to meet the future solution architecture. • Make high-level decisions about the structure and interaction of modules and services. • Identify possible evolution paths to achieve the final solution vision. • Communicate the implications of architectural decisions and issues to all stakeholders.
• Technical degree in Telecommunications Technology or a similar field. • 12 to 15 years of professional experience in a similar domain. • Experience in a Contact Center environment. • Experience with cloud environments is a plus. • At least 3 years of experience analyzing Contact Center systems, ideally designing services, processes, and Contact Center environments. • Alternatively, experience in VoIP architecture and networking in large enterprises is also valued. • Experience working with global and multicultural teams. • Experience on complex IT development projects. • Understanding of Contact Center ecosystem dependencies, e.g., with CRM tools or reporting applications.
