📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop Retail Managers and hourly retail employees across the district • Use business metrics and sales trends to set goals and drive measurable improvement in each store • Partner with the Restaurant District Manager to align guest experience, cleanliness, and brand standards • Analyze inventory performance, guest traffic, and sales conversion to maximize profitability • Regularly visit each store to assess performance, ensure operational excellence, and support the team • Maintain a healthy profit/loss ratio in every gift shop by managing expenses and identifying growth opportunities • Drive operational excellence, store performance, financial results, and future-leader development across multiple stores

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of management experience • At least 2 years of Retail Management experience at Cracker Barrel • Willing and able to travel within your assigned district • Willing and able to work holidays and weekends as needed • Ability to use business metrics and sales trends to drive measurable improvement • Ability to analyze inventory performance, guest traffic, and sales conversion • Ability to manage expenses and identify opportunities for growth
