📋 Description
• Make outbound calls and use other engagement / communication vehicles to schedule new patients with first touch within 24 hours of receipt • Answer questions about the treatment in easy-to-understand ways • Help parents understand what makes Cranial Technologies different from the competition and communicate the benefits of treating with Cranial Technologies vs the competition • Address and overcome objections from families • Coordinate with territory sales reps on unresponsive or declined leads
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bilingual in Spanish and English • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an environment connecting with warm leads, customer retention, or quota-based goals • Exceptional communication and human relations skills in working with patients and co-workers from different backgrounds • Energetic and enthusiastic personality • Ability to manage details and strong organization skills
