📋 Description

• Develop and oversee compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals and competitive market positioning • Manage the design and implementation of base salary structures, incentive programs, and recognition programs • Provide strategic consultation to senior leadership on compensation matters and workforce planning • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, organizational policies, and governance standards related to pay practices • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support hiring, retention, and internal movement through competitive offers and pay frameworks • Lead market benchmarking studies and participate in compensation surveys • Analyze and interpret complex compensation data to recommend adjustments or program enhancements • Oversee and mentor compensation team members, providing direction and ensuring performance objectives are met • Collaborate with finance and other stakeholders to align compensation programs with financial goals • Communicate program changes and compensation philosophies to leaders and employees

🎯 Requirements

• English language fluency required • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including at least 3–5 years in a management or leadership role • Proven experience designing and managing complex compensation programs • Advanced knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting and utilizing data • High proficiency with HRIS and compensation management tools • Strategic planning and program development expertise • People leadership skills, including team coaching, development, and performance management • Master’s degree preferred • Experience working in a multi-location or enterprise-wide organization preferred • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred • Other relevant HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP advantageous
