📋 Description
• Process incoming partner requests and manage the flow of app submissions. • Review applications for compliance with Marketplace requirements, including functionality, UI/UX, performance, and security. • Moderate published listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, visuals, categories, and supporting materials. • Consult partners on Marketplace Console usage, publication rules, and best practices. • Prepare and maintain documentation such as guidelines, review checklists, and process descriptions. • Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring issues, app quality trends, and potential improvements. • Participate in internal initiatives to enhance Marketplace operations, automation, and partner experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working with marketplace operations, application submission workflows, or content moderation processes. • General understanding of how web applications function, including frontend–backend interaction, integrations, APIs, and hosting principles. • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for workflow management and documentation. • Ability to prepare structured documentation such as guidelines, review checklists, and process descriptions. • Confidence working with data in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and analysis. • English level Upper-Intermediate (B2+) for partner communication and documentation.
