📋 Description

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to project revenues, expenses, and cash flows; analyze performance against forecasts and provide actionable insights. • Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, collaborating with departments and monitoring budget adherence. • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends. • Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including content development and strategic partnerships, through financial analyses and risk assessments. • Analyze operational costs and identify areas for efficiency improvements without compromising content quality. • Ensure financial practices comply with regulations and company policies; assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the media or entertainment industry • Proficient in financial modeling, PowerBI and advanced Excel skills. • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance. • Certifications such as CFA is preferred.
