📋 Description

‱ Build and maintain the CoCountant messaging guide (personas, pains, value props, proof points). ‱ Translate product features into crisp, customer-ready benefits for founders, CEOs, and operators. ‱ Own competitive messaging and keep differentiators sharp. ‱ Partner with writers and marketing to ensure ad copy, landing pages, and nurture emails follow a consistent narrative. ‱ Review and refine drafts for flow, clarity, and ad-to-page scent. ‱ Create content briefs to provide context for execution teams. ‱ Ensure landing pages have a strong hook, proof, and CTA that matches visitor journey stage. ‱ Audit funnels and campaigns for consistency and conversion improvements. ‱ Own headline/subhead frameworks for repeatable, on-brand copy. ‱ Interview customers, gather case studies, and translate customer words into social proof. ‱ Support Sales with decks, one-pagers, and talk tracks aligned to the website. ‱ Partner with Product/Service team to translate new features into marketing collateral.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 4+ years in product marketing, content strategy, or conversion copy leadership, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or B2B services. ‱ Strong portfolio of work: landing pages, ad copy, messaging frameworks. ‱ Comfort working hands-on (writing, editing). ‱ Ability to think like a founder: big picture positioning and small details on a headline. ‱ Curiosity about startups, finance, and how growing companies buy services.
