📋 Description

• Provide strategic financial leadership and insight supporting executive decision-making, enterprise value creation, and long-term growth • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, strategic planning, management reporting, and business performance analysis • Advise the CFO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors with actionable financial insights, opportunities, risks, and accountability measures • Lead the annual strategic planning process and long-range financial plan • Partner with business leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, operational initiatives, capital investments, and strategic alternatives • Own annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and rolling financial outlooks • Analyze financial performance drivers and communicate variances to management • Deliver management reporting, executive dashboards, and GAAP/non-GAAP variance analysis • Support capital planning, liquidity management, share repurchases, funding strategies, and corporate finance activities with Treasury • Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, new products, partnerships, and strategic investments • Develop valuation and scenario models for executive decision-making • Establish and execute a finance technology roadmap involving automation, AI, data visualization, and predictive analytics • Partner with Finance, IT, and Data teams to strengthen financial systems, reporting, data governance, and process efficiency • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing FP&A organization • Strengthen succession planning and organizational capability within Finance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from an accredited institution or equivalent • 12+ years of progressive finance experience • 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers and professional finance teams • Significant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or business finance leadership roles • Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting • Proven success partnering with executive leadership to drive financial and operational performance • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities • Strong understanding of corporate finance, performance management, and strategic planning • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations • Excellent executive presence and communication skills • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders • Experience developing board-level and executive-level presentations • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, financial planning software, and data analytics tools • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale process improvement initiatives • Strong organizational leadership and talent development skills • Preferred: MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline • Preferred: Public company experience • Preferred: Financial services, lending, banking, fintech, or specialty finance experience • Preferred: Experience supporting investor relations, earnings preparation, and Board reporting • Preferred: Experience implementing FP&A systems, planning platforms, or AI-driven finance solutions • Preferred: Certified Public Accountant or equivalent (e.g., Chartered Accountant)
