📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts post-sale • Lead client onboarding and training sessions, ensuring strong product adoption • Manage ongoing communication and issue resolution • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with BD/RevOps teams • Monitor account health and proactively address risk of churn • Serve as voice-of-the-customer for internal teams (product, ops, leadership) • Prepare and present account reports and insights • Send your resume and a short cover letter outlining a major account you managed, how you handled it, and the results achieved

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in B2B customer success, account management, or sales • Proven success managing enterprise relationships • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills • Highly organized with a track record of managing complex client workflows • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot), project tracking (e.g., Trello, Notion) • Experience in fintech, procurement, or SaaS • Only candidates currently not employed will be considered
