📋 Description
• Lead product development efforts in alignment with the company vision and roadmap. • Manage and mentor design team members, fostering creativity while ensuring delivery against priorities. • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to launch high-quality products on time. • Translate customer insights and market research into actionable product requirements. • Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing short- and long-term objectives. • Establish and monitor KPIs to track product success and inform adjustments. • Communicate product direction and progress clearly across the organization. • Ensure delivery of user-friendly, customer-focused experiences.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred (MBA a plus). • 3–5 years of proven product management experience within SaaS. • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop design talent. • Proficiency with Jira and Figma (essential competencies). • Familiarity with AI-driven product workflows; experience with Replit and Claude is strongly preferred. • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, including asynchronous work across teams. • Experience with Agile/Scrum product management methodologies. • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
