• Build signal-based activation workflows across Common Room, Salesforce, and a sequencing platform (Gong Engage preferred) • Design and operate enrichment waterfalls (ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Clay) • Translate prioritized audiences into sequences, tasks, and SDR workflows • Partner with Revenue Technology on Salesforce changes delivered on a biweekly sprint cadence • Instrument dashboards, QA checks, and experiments to improve conversion and speed
• 5+ years in GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or similar • Hands-on experience with sequencing tools (Gong Engage preferred) • Proven ability to build automation that drives pipeline outcomes • Strong Salesforce fluency (activation layer, not platform ownership) • Comfort operating in modern GTM tooling + no/low-code environments
