📋 Description

• As the Lead Developer, you will play a critical role in leading the development team, overseeing the architecture, and ensuring the successful migration from Node.js (Express) to Fastify v2. • You will also guide the front-end development using React and TypeScript, and manage the database operations on MySQL hosted on AWS RDS. • Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the technical direction of our projects and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. • You will mentor a team of engineers, drive best practices in software development, and ensure the highest levels of technical quality, security, scalability, and stability across all projects. • This includes proactively addressing bug fixes, swiftly resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring the continuous stability and performance of the current system throughout the migration process. • You will be expected to manage and optimize the CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and handle infrastructure on AWS.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a lead role. • Backend: Expertise in Node.js (Express) and experience with Fastify or similar frameworks. • Frontend: Strong experience with React and TypeScript. • Database: Proficiency in MySQL and experience with AWS RDS. • API Integration: Experience integrating third-party APIs such as MailerSend, HubSpot, and Workable. • DevOps: DevOps skills, including experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and AWS infrastructure management. • Architecture: Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns. • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team. • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions. • Communication: Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud architecture, particularly AWS. Familiarity with Docker. Knowledge of modern front-end build tools and state management (e.g., Redux). Experience with QA Testing is preferred but not required.
